Back by popular demand, the Sustainability Leadership and Implementation certification program will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to implement an effective and profit-enhancing sustainability program within your organization. The course is run by the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, Natural Capitalism Solutions, and CORE (Colorado's sustainable business association). If that's not enough, there are also scholarships available. If you are currently employed by a Colorado company and manage or will be managing sustainability for your organization, this class is meant for you! Through this course, you will gain a deep understanding of sustainability frameworks, while also learning the practical leadership and implementation skills needed to put an effective sustainability program in place. The course will run February 16th Ð March 29th, and includes 6 classroom days (48 contact hours), plus readings and discussion between classes. As a final deliverable, participants will develop and present a set of strategic sustainability initiatives for their organization, in addition to initial goals and implementation strategies.
